These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the products and services provided by Board360, including access to our educational learning courses through our website. By enrolling in our programs or accessing our website, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Who We Are Board360 is a global learning academy offering online and offline professional licensed courses and other training and certification programs across finance, commerce, and related fields. We operate under the domain www.board360.ai.

2. License to Use Courses Upon full payment, you are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and non-exclusive license to access and use the purchased e-learning courses for personal, non-commercial use.

  • This license is personal and may not be shared, sold, or exchanged.
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or publicly display any part of the course content.
  • If you do not log in within 30 days of activation or delay fee installments, your access may be suspended. Reactivation charges apply.

3. Course Access & Account Usage

  • Course access begins after completing the application form and payment confirmation.
  • You must complete the course within the stipulated access period. Extensions, if granted, may incur a fee.
  • If you do not log in within 30 days of activation or delay fee installments, your access may be suspended. Reactivation charges apply.
  • Course content and curriculum are subject to updates without prior notice.
  • Contact program eligibility requires full fee payment, meeting academic requirements, and any other criteria set by Board360.

4. Interruptions in Service We aim to offer seamless access to our platform. However, temporary interruptions may occur due to:

  • Server issues
  • Software updates or bugs
  • Internet connectivity problems
  • Scheduled maintenance

If such interruptions originate from our end, learners will receive a free extension of access proportional to the downtime.

5. Misuse and Misrepresentation Providing false information or forged documents will lead to admission cancellation with no refund. Access is also subject to proper document verification.

6. Pricing and Payment Terms

  • All prices are subject to applicable local taxes and currency conversion charges.
  • Payments can be made online through authorized payment gateways.
  • Cash payments require valid identification (PAN & Aadhaar).
  • Late payments attract a 2% penalty of the program fee.
  • Dishonored cheques incur a ₹250 charge (may vary).
  • EMI payments made via finance partners (e.g., E-mandate or e-NACH) are legally binding.

Note: Payment must be received in full before access is granted.

7. Refund Policy

1. Duplicate Payment Refund: A 100% refund of any duplicate payment will be processed via the original payment method within 10 working days upon notification from the customer.

2. Unavailability of Service: If services are unavailable or we cannot provide the service in perpetuity, a 100% refund of the Tuition Fee will be issued. However, the cost of any activated online study materials (e.g., UWorld) or physical materials (e.g., textbooks) is non-refundable. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days after approval from authorized personnel.

3. General Refund Policy: A 100% refund of Tuition Fees is provided only in cases of service lapses as outlined under 'Unavailability of Service.' Refund requests for other reasons are subject to management approval, and decisions are at Board360's discretion. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 working days.

8. Modification of Terms Board360 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
